Processing Time

We process our orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.

 

Delivery Times

Our products are shipped directly from our trusted international partners in Europe, US and Asia.

Delivery to the UK usually takes 5–30 business days, depending on the item and location. Please review shipping times at each product description.

 

Tracking & Delivery Updates

You can track your parcel anytime using the tracking link sent by email.

Please note: some tracking updates may take up to 5 days to appear once dispatched.

 

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs duties or VAT.

These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Late Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at

yourlumiviestore@gmail.com — we’ll investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

 

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition.
  • Returns must be initiated by contacting our team first via yourlumiviestore@gmail.com.
  • Certain categories (e.g., hygiene items, wearables, or personalized goods) can’t be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will confirm your return eligibility and share the return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked postal service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days of receipt with photos.

We’ll send a free replacement or process a full refund.

 

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they’re defective, damaged, or wrong.

To arrange an exchange, email yourlumiviestore@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

If a replacement item isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund.
